Cathie Wood's Ark Invest moving from New York to Tampa Bay

Ark confirmed the move in a news release, saying the company plans to locate in St. Petersburg effective Nov. 1 and plans to break ground on the Ark Innovation Center in 2022. Its new headquarters will be in 200 Central, an office tower in downtown St. Pete.

Why they cannot be domesticated) must crowd out enormous amounts of resources as well as making life just too dangerous. How free can poor subsistence farmers feel to innovate or invest when their every movement is hemmed in by an open zoo?
